Ask us about selected consumer electronics, games consoles and control equipment before booking. We do not accept loose batteries. Batteries fitted inside otherwise accepted equipment are acceptable; please tell us first if a battery is damaged or swollen.

Do you accept equipment from households?
Yes, subject to the item, quantity and location. Contact us before travelling or booking.
Can you collect whole computers with hard drives?
Yes. Tell us about any data-security requirement so the hard drives follow the agreed process.
Do you accept monitors and printers?
No. We do not accept monitors, printers or scanners. Please do not include these in a collection or bring them for drop-off.
Can I drop equipment off?
Visits must be arranged in advance. Contact us first to confirm acceptance and a suitable time.
What if my item is not listed?
Send a photograph, quantity and postcode by WhatsApp or through the contact page.
