What equipment do you accept?
We handle computers, laptops, servers, networking equipment, components and other accepted electronics. Check what we recycle. Ask us before arranging a collection for unusual, damaged or mixed items.
Do you collect from businesses and households?

Is collection free?
Charges depend on the items, quantities, location, access and any destruction requirements. We confirm costs before you agree to a collection. Do not assume every item or collection is free.
Can I drop items off?
Confidential paper can be dropped off by appointment. For equipment and other items, contact us to confirm acceptance and agree a time before travelling.
Data and hard drives
Does recycling a computer destroy its data?
Recycling and data destruction are different services. Tell us if your equipment contains data so we can agree the appropriate handling and destruction method. Read about data destruction.
Can you help with hard drives and SSDs?
Tell us the device type and quantity before booking. The appropriate method depends on the media and the service agreed. See hard drive destruction.
Do I need to remove the drives?
Contact us before dismantling equipment. We can discuss whole computers and the data-bearing devices inside them, then confirm the collection and destruction requirements.
Can I receive a Certificate of Destruction?
A Certificate of Destruction can be supplied for the agreed destruction service. Tell us about any asset references or reporting needs before booking. See documentation information.
Confidential shredding
Do you shred paper from homes and businesses?

Do I need to remove paper from lever-arch files?
Lever-arch files can usually be accepted without removing the paper. Tell us about the files and any unusual materials when requesting your quote.
How much does shredding cost?
The price depends on volume, the collection or drop-off option, location and access. Check the shredding service page and request a quote before booking.
Booking and collections
How do I request a collection?
Use the collection request form. Include your postcode, items, quantities, access details and any data-destruction requirements.
Can I send photographs?
Yes. The collection form accepts an equipment photograph. Do not include confidential paperwork, readable screens or personal information. Contact us if you need to share more item photographs.
Can I choose a collection date?
You can request a preferred date. We will confirm availability and agree the appointment with you. Submitting the form does not reserve a collection slot.
What paperwork will I receive?
The records depend on the service agreed. Waste transfer documentation and destruction certificates serve different purposes. Tell us about your requirements in advance and read our compliance page.
